Operational Protocols & Emergency Preparedness
Proactive planning and clear protocols are the bedrock of our safety management system.

It includes contact information for shoreside support, local medical facilities, and the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS).

Rigorous vessel certification and maintenance
Feel the polished teak deck beneath your feet and gaze out at the azure expanse; this sense of secure freedom is no accident. Every yacht in our fleet is a testament to stringent engineering and meticulous care, operating far beyond mere compliance. We adhere to the exacting standards set by the Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut or Ditjen Hubla), which governs all commercial maritime operations within Indonesian waters. This includes regular statutory surveys and inspections that cover everything from hull integrity and propulsion systems to navigation equipment and life-saving apparatus.
Annually, each of our vessels undergoes a comprehensive dry-docking inspection, a process that can take several weeks, involving a full overhaul and preventative maintenance by certified technicians. This scheduled downtime ensures every component, from the smallest valve to the largest engine, meets or exceeds operational specifications. Beyond annual checks, our yachts receive quarterly safety audits and monthly preventative maintenance, encompassing fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, communication arrays, and critical navigational instruments like radar and GPS. Our commitment to these rigorous schedules means that when you step aboard, you are experiencing a vessel at the peak of its operational readiness and safety.
Furthermore, our vessels are equipped with advanced safety features mandated by international best practices, including multiple life rafts, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs), Search and Rescue Transponders (SARTs), and sophisticated fire detection and suppression systems. We maintain comprehensive medical kits, often exceeding standard requirements, and ensure easy access to vital information in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. This layered approach to safety infrastructure ensures that every journey is supported by robust, reliable equipment.
Highly trained crew and operational excellence
The heart of our safe operation lies within our exceptional crew. Each captain, first officer, engineer, and deckhand is not only highly experienced but also holds internationally recognized certifications. Our entire maritime crew is certified under the STCW Convention (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers), ensuring they meet global benchmarks for competence, training, and professional conduct. This includes advanced training in basic safety, fire prevention and fire fighting, elementary first aid, personal survival techniques, and security awareness. Beyond these foundational qualifications, our captains possess a minimum of 10 years experience navigating Indonesia’s diverse and sometimes challenging archipelagic waters, offering invaluable local expertise.
Operational excellence is ingrained in our daily routines. Before every departure, a meticulous pre-voyage checklist is completed, covering everything from engine checks and fuel levels to provisioning and weather forecasts from the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BM
